Aachi Biryani Masala 200 g
Aachi Biryani Masala is very famous in South India for its unique taste. Fry onion in oil in a pressure cooker. Add 2 tomatoes, 50g plain yogurt (curd), 1/2 spoon lemon juice. Aachi Briyani Masala, mutton or chicken or vegetables and fry for 1 minute. Add necessary water, biryani rice, salt to taste, coriander/mint leaves and cook till whistle. After 15 minutes, tasty biryani is ready to serve.
