Rasgulla is a Juicy Bengali sweet loved by all People all over India. Spongy Rasgullas are prepared by curdling the milk. Then that is drained and the Paneer is separated and it is kneaded and rolled in to small balls. These balls are cooked in sugar syrup till they turn in to spongy. A good rasgulla will be spongy, light & Juicy and will shrink back to original shape when squeezed. It should not be hard or rubbery while we eat.
